WHAT
IS ANTI-HEAT ENGINE MAXIMIZER?
ANTI-HEAT
Engine Maximizer is a uniquely revolutionary cooling system additive.
It is designated for extremely hot climates or Summers, especially
in slow-moving traffic, and long periods of engine idle, or for
engines that work for long hours, such as taxi cabs, farm machinery,
police cars, ambulances, public transportation, travel buses, shipping
trucks and service fleets. Unlike the highly toxic and environmentally
devastating Anti-Freeze that does not cool, this is a very safe
product.
ANTI-HEAT
formula is a plant-extracts-based, organic, absolutely non-toxic,
completely bio-degradable, non-corrosive, environmentally useful,
and without any bad effect on automotives, road or soil. It is less
slippery than water if spilled, drying faster than water and helps
clean up spilled oil and other junk. It dissolves deposits and cleans
clogged-up radiators.
ANTI-HEAT
Engine Maximizer Formula has thermal stabilizing capabilities which
when added to water it enables it to acts as a "Heat Sink"
that absorbs heat more efficiently, removing dramatic amount of
heat from internal engine parts by efficiently transferring all
the excessive heat into the radiator, and reducing water and oil
temperatures by up to 30oF, and hot spots by up to 40oF depending
on the type of car, condition and humidity level. During the early
stages of engine start- and warm-up, the formula transfers heat
more evenly throughout the engine. This results in reduced warm-up
time, especially in cold weather, and reduced cold start-up as well
as the wear and tear associated with that.
When the engine
reaches normal operating temperature, ANTI-HEAT formula begins
to exhibit its unique thermal capabilities -- stretching the threshold
of more power and better fuel management. Because the water to which
ANTI-HEAT formula is added, absorbs heat faster, it can also
shed the heat through the radiator rapidly. By eliminating or reducing
steam pockets in the engine's water passage, ANTI-HEAT reduces
temperature in the engine bay and passenger compartment -- driving
the temperature of the Air Conditioning System's duct down by up
to 35oF. Tests confirmed overall engine temperature reduction of
30oF in the streetcars and up to 35oF in racecars. By sharply reducing
engine temperature, ANTI-HEAT, thus, reduces engine wear,
oil and fuel consumption dramatically, in addition to reducing the
chance of oil breaking down and resulting in poor lubrication which
destroys the engine. In turn, all those benefits combined, cut down
pollution significantly by up to 40 +% in exhaust alone.
Race Driver Stephan
Gregoire reported, "[ANTI-HEAT formula] did the job for
us, allowing us to lean the fuel mixture, conserve fuel and maintain
water and oil temperature in the proper range."
In the United States,
this ANTI-HEAT formula is used extensively in almost all of
the car races, as well as ambulances, public transportation, police
cars, garbage collection trucks, taxis, tractors, factory and farm
water-cooled machinery. It can be safely added to any type of engine
by mixing it with water alone, water and anti-freeze mixture and
it can also be used in gas or diesel engines without any side effects
on the system, additives or people.
WHY
IS THE NEED TO REDUCE & CONTROL ENGINE'S HEAT?
- Heat causes valve springs, wrist pins,
cylinder walls, pistons and piston rings and other moving parts
to expand, all at the same time and against the opposing directions
of each other's expansion. This results in hard friction, which
causes immense wear and tear. Engines begin to stall, loose power,
leak escaping oil and the ability of pistons to combust fuel diminishes,
leading to unburned fuel passing into the exhaust system, causing
backfires and failure of engine to start. Ultimately, this causes
scratches and twists and engine freeze or melt its rings or pistons.
Rebuilding such engine or replacing it, usually cost big money.
- Heat causes gaskets to become dislodged
because of the rapid high heating and then sudden cooling down,
This causes oil to pass into cooling water, and water passing
into oil chambers; thus, aborting proper operation, or even preventing
the engine from starting. To remedy this, engines have to be rebuilt,
completely changed if cracked, or gaskets replaced with all the
necessary adjustments, expenses and down-time. This cost individuals
and ultimately the country a great deal of desperately needed
hard currency.
- High heat always causes poor performance,
inefficiency, chronic overheating and high consumption of fuel,
as well as smoke, exhaust and oil pollution.
- Over the long haul, heat severely shortens
the life of engines and the under hood components, which means
additional dead cars, tractors and trucks, as well as wasteful
importation of spare parts.
TESTING ANTI-HEAT ENGINE MAXIMIZER:
Sophisticated testing
like the Dynamometer proves that the formula ANTI-HEAT Engine
Maximizer is most cost effective in reducing heat, prolonging engine's
life, reducing junked engines, saving fuel and reducing pollution
- A very significant
test carried out in August 1999 by the Emergency Medical Services
Authority EMSA in Tulsa Oklahoma to determine the suitability
of the ANTI-HEAT formula for the Ambulance Industry, produced
very impressive results -- even with only one liter added to the
engine's radiator. Immediately, the Authority adopted the formula
on all vehicles of ambulance fleet. Following are the results:
- In Texas, the
Department of Public Works and Engineering in the City of Houston's
tested the formula and reported that in the: "Nox prototype
testing and evaluation project: Preliminary test data indicate
that potential NOx reduction may range between 17-63%. Using our
in-house test equipment your product appears to perform as claimed."
The report then goes on to indicate that after EPA testing approval,
the formula can be used in the City of Houston State Implementation
Program (SIP) and the use of the "product as a key part of
our NOx reduction program can" become possible. Tests on
February 25, March 3, April 12 and June 23 confirmed that using
the formula resulted in the reduction of HC ppm by 55-69%, Carbon
Monoxide (CO) by 67%, NO ppm by 69%
- The SGS U.S.
Testing Company confirms in Report No. 116677-2 dated February
3rd.,1999, after testing the formula which was added to commercially
available antifreeze for interaction, the formula dissolved completely
in a consistent mixture which didn't affect the consistency or
pH of the Anti-freeze. There was no significant difference in
the breaking strength or dimensional stability of the rubber radiator
hoses. Neither the boiling nor freezing points of the Antifreeze
were affected.
- In their Report
No. 116677-001 dated December 29, 1998, the SGS U.S. Testing Company
confirmed that after testing ANTI-HEAT formula in accordance
with the Method specified in 49 CFR 173.137 © (2) of the
Department of Transportation Corrosion Testing on Aluminum, they
found it to be in full compliance "without any notable corrosion."
APPLICATIONS VERIFICATION
Construction contractors,
Landscaping and gardening companies, fire engines, ambulatory services,
as well as farmers indicate that using ANTI-HEAT has alleviated
heat from the engines of their equipment and water pumps. This has
reduced or eliminated the "downtime" of machines and the
added expenses associated with that.
- After adding the ANTI-HEAT formula,
says D.R. Hoenig of the Thompson Raceway Golf Club, "the
temperature change has been dramatic. Not only have we eliminated
'downtime' from heat stress, but the machines seem to be running
much more efficiently."
- Annett Holdings, Inc. reported on November
12, 1999 that after using the ANTI-HEAT formula they have
realized a dramatic fuel saving of 41.38%.
- Similarly, DW Waste Disposal Transport
whose tractor-trucks make an average of 450 miles per day, saved
5.18 gallons per day on each vehicle which shows that they have
averaged a saving of 1.15 Gallons per each 100 miles. In their
report of April 21, 2000 they indicated they expect an average
saving of 103.6 Gallons per day on their 20 tractors fleet. This
means a saving of 37,814 Gallons per year of diesel fuel.
- The Texas-based mobile air conditioning
manufacturing specialists, Airpro, reported on October 21, 1999
that a Chevrolet 350, 4X4 Z71 pick-up was tested for the effect
of the ANTI-HEAT formula on the engine and the Air Conditioning
duct. "The vehicle was driven for approximately fifteen minutes
and left to heat soak at idle for an additional fifteen minutes."
There was a dramatic drop of 17o degrees in the engine temperature,
and 15 o degrees in the A/C duct, after adding the ANTI-HEAT
formula.
- In an interview, Verres Racing Driver,
Jamie Aube, the NASSCAR Busch North Champion 1988.1989 and 1990,
said that adding 2 quarts of the ANTI-HEAT formula to the
engine, saved their engine which cost 41,000, after the cooling
fan seized during a race in Riverside Park in Massachusetts in
which they came within the top-five finish.
SUGGESTED
RATIOES OF ANTI-HEAT FORMULA
The ANTI-HEAT
formula is added to the radiator only once, for up to 250,000 miles
or until the radiator is flushed out. At such point, the formula
is added at the same ratios suggested below.
- For average normal cars, in cold climates
and weather, add 1 quart to every 16 quarts of water/anti-freeze
mix in the radiator.
- For cars operating long hours per day and
heavy equipment that run at full throttle for extended periods
in cold climates and weather, add 1 quart to every 11 quarts of
water/anti-freeze mix in the radiator.
- For average normal cars, in hot climates
and temperatures exceeding 110oF, add 1 quart to every 10 quarts
of water or water/anti-freeze mix in the radiator. In these types
of climates, there is NO need to use anti-freeze because it has
NO cooling effect. It is designed for cold climates to prevent
freezing.
- For cars operating long hours per day and
heavy equipment that run at full throttle for extended periods
in hot climates and temperatures exceeding 110o F, add 1 quart
to every 5 quarts of water or water/anti-freeze mix in the radiator.
In these types of climates, there is NO need to use anti-freeze
because it has NO cooling effect. It is designed for cold climates
to prevent freezing.
THE
ECONOMY & BENEFITS OF THE ANTI-HEAT formula
Within less than
one month, savings in fuel alone will exceed the cost of the ANTI-HEAT
formula. This is not to mention the extension of vehicle's life,
improved performance and far lesser environmental pollution.
