PetroCureä

Natural Industrial Hydrocarbons Encapsulator

PetroCureä is a unique formula that is both very effective and environmentally useful. PetroCure™ is a derivative of nature’s ultimate miracle, EnviroCure2000™, which is made from edible plant-base, and natural mineral salts.  In addition to its ability to NUTRALIZE a wide-range of contaminants, as does EnviroCure2000™, PetroCure™ is also industrially useful in degreasing and lifting heavy oils by emulsifying, encapsulating and breaking down hydrocarbons. By its ability to break down molecular bonding. PetroCure™ is effectively helpful in oil refineries, petrochemical industries, in cleaning tanks and vessels, settling tanks and ponds, substantial lowering density heaviness of crude oil’s (API), in pipeline friction reduction for smooth crude and oil flow while simultaneously separating water totally, as well as in revitalizing dried-up and low-yield oil wells, whereby yield is increased by up to 10 times. Additionally, PetroCure™ is extremely effective in trapping hydrogen sulfide and in neutralizing powerful acids.  By using PetroCure™, more oil is recouped, less waste and toxic gases are introduced into the environment, and less time, money and efforts are spent on environmental/hazardous clean-ups.

Capabilities

Cleansing Power:          Encapsulates hydrocarbons and odor.  Cleans, degreases and separates oil and other oil-based materials on application. Helps to clear and oxygenate oil-polluted bodies of water.

Applications:                  The formula is used in refineries, oil separators, holding tanks, and sludge-ponds. It is used to separate and recover oil from sludge as well as enhance the biodegradability of sludge and oil contamination. It is very efficient in recouping oil and reducing waste. May also be used in polluted waterways and sewage treatment plants to separate oil, clear hydrocarbons clarify and oxygenate the water.

Oil Emulsification:       Slight.  Oil molecules do not form a tight emulsion with the cleaning solution.

Dispersant

Capability:                      Low.  Cleaned oil, for example, does not stay entrained in water.

Residue:                          No residue after rinsing.

Characteristics

pH:                                    7.5 in concentrate form.

Flash Point:                    Negligible.

Boiling Point:                Greater than 212°F.

Odor:                               Mild citrus smell.  Does not contain d-limonenes.

Water Solubility:          Complete.

Shelf Life:                       Indefinite when stored in closed containers between 32°F and 120°F.

Environmental and Safety Considerations

Biodegradability:           100%.

Hazardous                       No components are listed in the NIOSH Recommendations for Occupational Health Standards,

Components:                  1988, or are defined as hazardous by SARA, CERLA, or RCRA.  No OSHA PEL’s are established for ingredients.

Handling:                        Formula is alkaline.  In concentrated form the Formula will remove oil from the skin and may irritate the eyes if sprayed directly into them.  Eye protection, gloves, and impervious clothing should be worn when there is danger of splashing, prolonged vapor or skin contact especially in cases of possible chemical reactions.

Disposal:                         Formula itself may be disposed through municipal systems.  Contaminants and Oil cleaned from surfaces must be disposed following local regulations.
